Denver’s longest running local holiday pop-up occurs November 25, 2025 through January 3, 2026

DENVER (Nov. 17, 2025)— Adrift Tiki Bar is thrilled to announce the return of Snowdrift, Denver's best holiday pop-up bar experience, running November 25, 2025 through January 3, 2026. The beloved seasonal transformation will once again turn the iconic "Beach on Broadway" into an enchanting tiki-meets-tinsel winter wonderland.

“Snowdrift is one of our favorite traditions here at Adrift," said Adrift General Manager Peaches Ayers. “Each year we reinvent the experience—new cocktails, revamped decorations, expanded footprint—while keeping the spirit of the season alive. As one of Denver’s longest running local holiday pop-ups, we love seeing guests come back each time to see how Snowdrift has evolved.”

This year, Adrift is pulling out all the stops to create an immersive holiday experience unlike any other in Denver. Guests will be transported to a whimsical tropical winter paradise featuring snowcapped palm trees and powdery snow throughout the restaurant, as well as festive Santa hats adorning signature blowfish decorations, and an icy igloo beach bar.

Mark your calendars for December 18 as Adrift hosts their highly popular Adult Spelling Bee, the holiday edition, from from 7 to 9 p.m. Seating begins at 6:45 p.m. This is a first come, first serve event.

Adrift’s merry takeover includes the unveiling of a special holiday-themed menu featuring creative seasonal libations like Adrift’s take on a Hot Buttered Rum, alongside curated dishes designed to complement the festive atmosphere. Whether gathering with friends, celebrating with coworkers, or seeking a unique date night destination, Snowdrift offers the perfect backdrop for your holiday memories.
