Food week organizers unveil the 65+ participating vendors for MHAFW on April 26-May 3, 2026

DENVER (February 10, 2026)— Mile High Asian Food Week (MHAFW) is offering a sneak preview of the 65+ participating vendors for its highly anticipated food week, taking place on April 26-May 3, at participating locations. The week-long culinary event, now in its fourth year, invites food enthusiasts across the Denver metro area and beyond to explore and support Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI)-owned businesses through exclusive dining experiences.

During Mile High Asian Food Week, participating restaurants and food vendors will offer insider perks, special discounts, secret menu items, and specialty menus available exclusively during April 26-May 3 only. The event provides diners with a unique opportunity to discover new flavors while supporting local AANHPI culinary entrepreneurs.

MHAFW allows participating chefs and owners to showcase any cuisine of their choosing, allowing for full creative freedom to let their imaginations run wild. The inclusive approach to MHAFW reflects the multifaceted nature of AANHPI culinary talent in Colorado, celebrating everything from traditional Asian cuisine to innovative fusion concepts and beyond.

"We're thrilled to see this year's lineup includes businesses that have been with us since day one, like Kokoro and Comrade Brewing, alongside exciting new vendors such as Momo Dumplings and Pig & Tiger, joining the celebration for the first time," says MHAFW Founder Joanne Liu. "This blend of longtime supporters and fresh faces reflects the growing strength and diversity of Colorado's AANHPI culinary community."
