Mile High Asian Food Week Returns for Fourth Annual Celebration on April 26-May 3, 2026

The week-long cultural food week adds an extra day for year four

DENVER (November 10, 2025)—
Mark your calendars! Mile High Asian Food Week (MHAFW) returns April 26-May 3, 2026—with an extra day! Now in its fourth year, this week-long celebration invites food enthusiasts across the Denver metro area and beyond to explore and dine at participating Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI)-owned businesses that will be offering exclusive insider perks, special discounts, secret menu items, and specialty menus available only during the food week.

“Mile High Asian Food Week represents so much more than just great food—it's about visibility, celebration, and economic empowerment for AANHPI entrepreneurs,” says MHAFW Founder Joanne Liu. “We're excited to welcome back participating chefs and owners who pour their hearts into their craft, and we're proud to create a platform where they can share their unique culinary perspectives.”

The mission of MHAFW is to elevate and support AANHPI-owned food and beverage makers throughout the state. Recognizing the diverse experiences within AANHPI culinary communities, participating chefs and owners are welcome to showcase any cuisine of their choosing, ensuring their creative vision and inspiration take center stage.

As a proud initiative under the umbrella of the Colorado Asian Culture & Education Network (CACEN), a portion of Mile High Asian Food Week funding, such as vendor fees and sponsorships, directly supports the 501(c)(3) organization's mission to elevate AANHPI communities and address inequities through cultural exchange and education.

“This week is our opportunity to shine a spotlight on the AANHPI culinary scene and drive meaningful support to their businesses. We're excited to make 2026 our best year yet!" says Liu.

Vendor registration for the 2026 Mile High Asian Food Week is now open and will remain open through February 2, 2026. AANHPI-owned food and beverage businesses interested in participating can sign up via the website. The complete list of participating businesses and restaurants will be announced at a later time.
