Craft Beer Makes Strong Showing at ColoradoBiz GenXYZ Awards

Indie Creative is excited to announce that two clients, the Colorado Brewers Guild and WeldWerks Brewing Co., as well CBG member Los Dos Potrillos, received recognition in ColoradoBiz Magazine’s Top 25 Most Influential Young Professionals Awards in June.

ColoradoBiz awards the young professionals who are creating game-changing technologies, business strategies, products and services that are shaping the next generation of business and growing jobs and commerce in Colorado’s economy.

The award winners are selected by a panel of judges out of hundreds of outstanding nominees based on their professional achievement, challenges overcome, and community involvement. From the fifty top young professional finalists, the Top 25 and Top 5 Most Influential are revealed at the event.

Neil Fisher, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of WeldWerks Brewing, was among the Top 5 Young Professionals.

“I was extremely humbled to be nominated and selected as a finalist, but to make both the Top 25 and Top 5 was pretty surprising,” says Fisher. “This honor truly belongs to my amazing team at WeldWerks who I feel fortunate to work alongside.”

Shawnee Adelson of the Colorado Brewers Guild

Shawnee Adelson, Executive Director of the Colorado Brewers Guild and Daniel Ramirez, Co-CEO of Los Dos Potrillos landed in the Top 25.

“I’m not only honored to be among the Top 25 Young Professionals recognized across the state but I am also thrilled that the Colorado beer industry made such a strong showing this year,” says Adelson. “Congratulations to my fellow peers!”

Daniel Ramirez of Los Dos Potrillos

“This award just shows the hard work that my family and I have put in all of these years. In 2018, I had to ask myself and my brother and father – what if we did a cerveceria, too? We don’t know much about brewing, but we can find people who do and be part of something great” says Ramirez. “We asked ourselves then ‘what will make us uncommon?’ Well, this would be something that will make us different. We then were the first cerveceria and full service Mexican restaurant under the same roof in Colorado
