Scratch-made dishes hit the menu on April 14
DENVER (March 31, 2026)— Adrift Tiki Bar & Restaurant is thrilled to announce the appointment of Robert Duran as General Manager, bringing more than a decade of high-volume hospitality expertise to the helm. Alongside this leadership milestone, Adrift is announcing new menu additions, developed under Duran’s direction, that honor the restaurant’s Polynesian-inspired spirit while drawing from the bold flavors and techniques of coastal and island cooking.
Since joining the team, Duran has worked closely with the kitchen to craft a menu that feels like a natural extension of everything guests already love about Adrift. The new additions, which will be available starting on April 14, are made from scratch and built around the bold flavors and techniques that have long defined asian cooking, including the savory depth of Chinese BBQ, the sesame-forward richness of Cantonese-influenced preparations, and the bright, aromatic punch of Southeast Asian ingredients, all brought together with care and intention.
"Every dish on this menu was built to belong at Adrift—something you'd crave alongside an elevated cocktail. Crab Rangoons, skewers, bold flavors that were cornerstones of tiki dining at its peak, including right here in Denver. We went back to scratch on every single one," says Duran. "I'm really proud of what we were able to put together, and I can't wait for guests to dig in."
